Pay your bill
An invoice arrives by email after the work is done. Here is every way to settle it.
Paying online
Card and bank payment is being set up. Until it is live, use one of the ways below and we will tell every customer directly the week it changes.
How billing works
We invoice after the work, not before it. Recurring properties are billed on the schedule written into your service agreement — weekly, biweekly or monthly, whichever you signed for. One-off work such as a cleanup or an install is invoiced when the job is finished.
Recurring service is not billed for a visit that does not happen. If rain moves us, the visit moves with it and the bill follows the work.
Automatic payment
Automatic payment is optional. If you want it, section 3 of your service agreement is where you authorize it, and you can keep either a card or a bank account on file. Bank transfer costs the business less, so it is what we ask for first.
We tell you before any recurring amount changes, and we never charge a new amount without telling you. You can cancel automatic payment at any time by putting it in writing.
Check or cash
Checks are made out to Williams Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping LLC. Cash can be handed to Calvin directly. Either way, ask for the invoice number to go on it so the payment lands on the right account.
